<p>The Clinical Outcome Measures Electronic Toolkit (COMET) serves as a comprehensive resource featuring a collection of fifteen clinically relevant outcome measures specifically designed for prosthesis and orthosis (P&O) users and healthcare professionals. By streamlining the selection and administration of these measures, COMET facilitates a standardized approach to integrating outcome assessments into daily clinical practice. Practitioners benefit from the toolkit's user-friendly interface, which enables them to select the pertinent measure, conduct the necessary tests, and promptly obtain results in a printable/exportable PDF format. This functionality supports evidence-based clinical decision-making and enhances the documentation process within patients' electronic health records.</p>

<p>The development of COMET was made possible through collaborative funding sources, including pilot grants from the Center for O&P Learning (COPL), financed by the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA), alongside internal support from Orthocare Innovations, LLC. Additionally, the implementation of multi-lingual support was funded by the National Institute On Minority Health And Health Disparities of the National Institutes of Health under Award Number R43MD018240. The views expressed in the content are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official perspectives of the National Institutes of Health.</p>
